Above 3 pictures Teacher Li Ling was conducting a professional Chinese training for KBank's FOREX Center with 220 staffs divided into 6 groups participated this training. Commissioned by Kasikorn Bank, the best FOREX service Bank in Thailand, MOCED Center undertook the training for this Bank at more than 10 foreign exchange points at Suvarnabhumi Airport from 6 December, 2014 to 28 January, 2015. About 160 Kbank's staffs divided into 22 groups participated this special training project.
To meet the strict requirements on professional teaching of Kbank's Foreign Exchange Department , Teacher Li Ling, the project director of this training specially compiled a 4 lessons' textbook "Chinese Conversation for Bank's Forex Business" which taught Chinese with Thai language, and help the Bank to make an audio version of textbook which read by bilingual languages, and handed out to students for their listening and repeating. In addition, a detailed teaching plan covering the teaching syllabus, teaching progress and one-to-one examination for students was developed for this teaching, so that each teacher could conduct unified teaching and after-class examination for 22 classes in an orderly manner.
Among more than ten teachers who take the teaching task for this project, most of them are proficient in trilingual or bilingual of Chinese, English, Thai. They are excellent Chinese teaching elites graduated from universities in China or Thailand. In addition to arrange the teaching schedule and exam module according to the teaching plan, these teachers also worked closely with school management, through the online chanel, and reported each students' learning situation, the exam results and teaching summary to the project director so that the training management in a timely manner to understand students' learning dynamic and deal with the problems existing in the teaching process as soon as possible. Therefore, the training program received the most ideal teaching performance.
At the end of the 20-hour training, most of the students were able to listen to all the contents of the four foreign exchange Chinese textbooks smoothly. Sixty percent of the students, namely 96 students, achieved a pass rate of more than 80% in each course, thus they obtained the short-term training certificate issued by the school.
