Teacher Liling(Tanchanok), MOCED's founder

Teacher Liling (Tanchanok) is MOCED Center's founder. With proficient in Trilingual Languages of Chinese, English and Thai, her background in China's higher normal education and practice as well as her engaging in the newspaper industry, financial industry, international trade and various cultural undertakings in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and other place more than 20 years, she embodied all of these advantages into the Thai-Chinese culture education career.

In 2009, she was appointed as the Manager of School Development and External Affairs by The Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce School of Business and Languages and had been responsible for school development and Chinese education market expansion more than 10 years. She has won many influential large-scale institutional training programs for the school, and created electronic media teaching and online teaching brands rarely seen in Thai-Chinese education field. The variety of professional Chinese language teaching programs under his leadership covered a wide range of student groups and specialties, which can be rated as the largest projects in Thai-Chinese education sector.

Teacher Li has accumulated a lot of experience in the compilation of professional Localized Chinese textbooks, teaching for specific markets, drafting and bidding of professional training programs, recruiting and screening of quality teachers, etc.. She was also appointed as the Online teaching Chinese teacher in the Asia-Pacific region by Jiangxi Culture Comunication Company, the host of the famous online teaching website: http://www.langlangchinese.com which had been adopted by 300 Chinese schools in the United States.

Teacher Li was trained in Mathematics Department of South China Normal University, English Major of Sun Yat-sen University and Applied Computer Major of Guangzhou Computer Training Center in her early years. In the 1980s, she taught mathematics in Guangzhou for five years and ever obtained the advanced Individual Award of "Young Teachers teaching and Educating People" awarded by Guangzhou Education Bureau, China in 1987.

She moved to Thailand in early 1989, and had been a columnist and translator in international events, financial and economic news and social news for the four major Chinese Presses in Thailand for many years. During 1994-2005, he served as a specialist of the Chinese Business department, Bangkok Bank and was responsible for the important documents' trilinggual translation between English, Thai and Chinese for Commercial banks, the government departments and national investment agency, and the reception of VIP customers from greater China economic circle over 10 years, as well as the work of Chinese translation and the Cantonese dubbing by many large institutions or enterprises in Thailand,

From 2005 to 2009, she successively established about 10 advisory service companies involving project financing and risk aversion in Singapore, Malasia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and ever participated a lot of large multinational projects involving overall planing, financing and debt restrcturing from many countries involved in UN agencies as well as set up good relationship of cooperation with international banking, financial circle and enterprise. She is good at overall project planning, deployment and integration for various derived resources, quality training and potential exploration of human resources, etc.

At the beginning of 2009, she returned to Thailand again and was in charge of school development affairs at ThaiCC School. She built and established a multimedia Chinese education management platform and was responsible for teacher training, teaching market development, and the promotion of teaching materials and software, and won professional Chinese training projects entrusted by more than ten large institutions, including Kasikorn Bank, The Bank of China (Thailand), the 24th Department of the Revenue Department, Tai Wah Starch Public Co., Ltd., Jetanin Hospital, the Asia-pacific HO. of Food and Agriculture Organization UN, Tobacco Authority of Thailand, the 7th Court of Apeal Court and Hampton International School, etc. All these Chinese language training projects involved over 700 working staffs or students in these institutions while variors specific professional curriculum had been compiled mainly by Teacher Li.

In recent years, the 26-lesson multimedia version Chinese textbook "Chinese-Thai Context Volume I &II" compiled by Teacher Li Ling has been designated as the professional Chinese training textbook of 180 hours by KBank. In addition, another 3-volume teaching material "Communicative Chinese" compiled by Teacher Li had been approved by the Office of Vocational Education Standards, the Ministry of Education of Thailand as the assigned textbooks for national Vocational secondary school (Phor. Wor. Chor.) (see the three pictures below). In order to meet the training needs of local well-known hospitals, real estate giants and some legal groups, Teacher Li has also compiled corresponding professional Chinese teaching materials specially: Chinese for Hospitals, Chinese for Real Estate Business, Chinese for Thai Lawyers, etc., which provide suitable teaching reference tools for professional Chinese training programs.

Teacher Li also serves as the Chinese guidance consultant for the Chinese education program "Global Banquet, Tokjeen" broadcast by the third TV station with the largest audience in Thailand.

In her spare time, Teacher Li works as a senior translator for several translation agencies in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Yunnan, China.
